Akim Tafadzwa Lukwa is a Health Economist, who holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce and honors in Economics from Midlands State University in Zimbabwe, and a Master’s in Health Economics from the University of Cape Town. He recently completed his Ph.D. in Public Health-Health with University of Cape Town. He has research outputs on; Economic burden of malaria, maternal, and child health socioeconomic inequalities, and Social determinants of health research.
