SACEMA’s Policy Modelling Fellowship
We recently tied up the technical training aspect of SACEMA’s first Policy Modelling Fellowship with our last in-person visit. Our fellows – hailing from Eswatini, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and South Africa – have successfully implemented the novel poliovirus transmission and immunity estimation models developed by SACEMA’s Modelling and Analytics Response Team (SMART). SACEMA is on a mission to elevate human capital and revolutionize health outcomes across Africa, and this transformative Fellowship is the epitome of our commitment! Join us in celebrating the strides made towards a healthier, brighter future for all. We are grateful to our funders, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and everyone involved in making this Fellowship a success.
